Stamping Production Associate
Job Title: Stamping Production Associate — 2nd Shift
Job Duties:
- Operate stamping machines and production equipment
- Inspect parts for quality and accuracy
- Meet daily production goals and quotas
- Follow safety procedures and work instructions
- Maintain a clean work area
- Assist with additional production duties as assigned
Pay: $16.50/hour
Shift: 2nd Shift
Hours:
Regular Schedule: Monday–Friday, 4:30 PM — 1:00 AM
Possible OT Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 4:30 PM — 4:30 AM
Employees may be required to:
- Work rotating 12-hour shifts during the week
- Stay over after scheduled shift end times if production goals are not met
- Work mandatory overtime on Saturdays and Sundays as needed
- Accept short notice overtime based on production demands
Weekend overtime schedules are posted weekly.
Requirements:
- Must be able to work mandatory overtime
- Manufacturing experience preferred but not required
- Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout shift
- Must be dependable with good attendance
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Pay Increases & Bonuses:
- $200 Monthly Perfect Attendance Bonus
- $0.25 Raise every 30 days through first 90 days
- Additional raises every 3 months afterward
- Top out pay reached at 12 months
