Staff Accountant (REMOTE!)
Overview
Our client is a rapidly growing Series B SaaS company that is scaling globally and looking to bring on a Staff Accountant i n a newly-created role. This individual will own the AP function end-to-end in a fast-paced NetSuite environment, with some exposure to payroll, AR, and month-end close activities.

What you’ll do
- Own the full-cycle accounts payable process including invoice processing, vendor management, approvals, and timely payment runs
- Support month-end close activities including AP accruals, reconciliations, and variance analysis
- Assist with payroll processing and ensure accuracy and timeliness across pay cycles
- Operate NetSuite for AP, GL, and reporting workflows
- Handle international vendor payments and multi-currency transactions
- Collaborate with finance and operations teams to ensure clean, accurate financials
- Identify and implement process improvements to streamline AP workflows and increase efficiency
- Provide light AR support as needed
What we’re looking for
- 2 years of accounts payable experience, ideally in a SaaS or tech environment
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-scaling, remote startup environment
- Exposure to international transactions and multi-currency processing
- Attention to detail, organized, and comfortable owning a function independently
- Familiarity with payroll processes and systems
- Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance preferred
- Hands-on NetSuite experience is a MUST
Compensation: $70,000 – $75,000 | Fully Remote
