Staff Accountant I
Position Purpose Staff Accountant responsibilities include but are not limited to, generating and posting journal entries, account and bank reconciliations, resolving discrepancies in accounts receivable accounts.

- Maintain and balance general ledger, resolving discrepancies.
- Resolve AR issues.
- Assist with month end close process.
- Assist or manage payroll process as requested
- Monitor company credit card(s) activity.
- Run financial reports for Director of Finance.
- Data Analysis.
- Ad hoc projects when assigned.

- Experienced in Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word.

Qualifications / Prior Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
- 2 years equivalent work experience
- Experience in Adobe Acrobat Pro/DC is a plus.
