Job Description Staff Accountant/Bookkeeper – CPA firmOur well-established CPA firm client has an immediate need for a Staff Accountant/Bookkeeper with at least three years of experience handling clients Bookkeeping and helping with tax preparation.Duties:

  • Bookkeeping for 20 or more clients using QuickBooks
  • Processing client Payroll and filing payroll taxes
  • Processing Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
  • Preparing and filing client sales & use taxes
  • Prepare client 1040, 1065 and 1120 tax returns for review by CPA

Requirements:

  • Must have at least three years of experience working for a CPA/Accounting firm
  • Must have QuickBooks experience
