About the Role: The Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a key role in attracting and securing top talent for the organization. This remote position, based in the ET or CT time zones, is responsible for managing the full candidate lifecycle, ensuring an excellent candidate experience, and collaborating with hiring managers to meet recruitment goals. The role is critical for supporting the company’s growth by building proactive talent pipelines and enhancing the employer brand.

Responsibilities:

  • Champion the candidate experience and promote the employer brand
  • Manage and monitor all stages of the candidate life-cycle
  • Screen applications, conduct assessment calls, and provide candidate feedback
  • Manage recruiting platforms to attract and engage talent
  • Maintain applicant tracking data and ensure timely feedback
  • Develop proactive sourcing strategies for active and passive candidates
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to meet recruitment goals

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4 years of recruiting experience in a tech company
  • Strong communication and expectation-setting skills
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships at all organizational levels
  • Self-starter comfortable with shifting priorities and ambiguity
  • Excellent organizational skills with a focus on efficiency
  • Urgency, persistence, creativity, and resourcefulness
  • Suitable home office setup for remote work and ability to work effectively as part of a remote team

Pay Range and Compensation Package: The pay range for this role is $70,000 to $85,000, with final offers based on factors including geographic location, experience, and expertise.
