Your Role:

We are seeking a dynamic, strategic senior account manager to lead day-to-day client relationships, contribute to agency growth with an entrepreneurial mindset, and collaborate across teams to deliver impactful, on-time, and on-budget work. This role sits at the intersection of client leadership, proactive project oversight, and creative curiosity, supporting a small but mighty team committed to bold, authentic storytelling. The ideal candidate is both a thoughtful communicator and a sharp orchestrator, someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, pivots with ease, and brings smart, forward-thinking recommendations that help the agency evolve and thrive.

What You’ll Do

  • Client Partnerships: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, nurturing collaborative relationships rooted in trust, strong communication, and thoughtful recommendations.
  • Project Leadership: Oversee the end-to-end delivery of campaign – from ideation to execution, ensuring clarity, timeliness, and executional excellence across touch points.
  • Cultural and Consumer Intelligence: Bring cultural awareness, audience empathy, and business savvy to the conversation. Help shape strong business proposals and creative outputs that are both on-strategy and forward-thinking.
  • Creative Stewardship: Partner closely with internal creative/production teams to ensure work is not only brand-aligned but also culturally sharp and emotionally resonant.
  • Collaborative Spirit: Lead and collaborate closely with TH team members while working fluidly, developing best practices, ensuring internal workflows are operating effectively and ensuring production, and creative teams are integrated into work streams.
  • Problem Solving: Anticipate challenges, remove roadblocks, and maintain momentum in a fast-paced, ever-evolving agency environment working to grow and create. Handles the details while never losing sight of the big picture

Qualifications

  • 5 years of agency or brand-side experience in account management or client services
  • Proven success leading fully integrated campaigns from start to finish (digital, social, video, experiential)
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, entrepreneurial, or start-up-like environments
  • Experience collaborating with creatives and production teams
  • Familiarity with tools and platforms that drive modern marketing (AI-enabled tools a plus- ie. AirTable)
  • Familiar and comfortable (preferred) with using slack, Canva, ChatGPT and other digital platforms
