About the Role

We are seeking a Data Analyst with strong analytical, communication, and technical skills to bridge business needs and data-driven insights. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with cloud ecosystems, modern data platforms, and visualization tools. You will play a key role in transforming raw data into actionable business intelligence and ensuring alignment between data strategy and organizational objectives.****

**Key Responsibilities**

*** Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.

  • Analyze and interpret large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
  • Design, build, and maintain scalable data models, dashboards, and reports using visualization tools and SQL-based queries.****

*** Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency across systems.

* Work with AWS and Snowflake to manage cloud-based data environments and pipelines.**

*** Apply systems thinking to understand data flows, dependencies, and business impact.**

* Present insights through storytelling and effective data visualization to support strategic decision-making.**

*** Maintain documentation and facilitate collaboration using Confluence and JIRA.**

*** Contribute to the development of data architecture and best practices across analytics and reporting functions.**

* Communicate technical findings effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.****

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

***** Bachelor s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field.

  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.

* Strong proficiency in SQL and Python for data manipulation and analysis.**

*** Experience with AWS cloud services and Snowflake data warehouse.**

*** Knowledge of data architecture, data quality, and governance principles.**

*** Strong data visualization and storytelling abilities using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent.**

*** Excellent technical writing, documentation, and communication skills.**

* Experience using JIRA and Confluence for project tracking and collaboration.**

*** Ability to think critically and apply systems thinking to solve complex problems.**

**Preferred Qualifications**

***** Experience in developing and maintaining automated data pipelines.

  • Understanding of modern data ecosystems and integration frameworks.

* Background in business and data alignment and cross-functional collaboration.****
