About the Role
The Sr. Customer Service Representative – Billing role is designed to ensure exceptional and consistent customer service related to billing inquiries. This position handles moderately complex customer interactions across multiple communication channels, including voice, mail, email, chat, and AI-assisted inquiries. The role plays a critical part in maintaining customer satisfaction and supporting operational efficiency in billing processes.
Responsibilities
- Deliver consistent and high-quality customer service regarding billing
- Manage customer interactions through various channels such as phone, email, chat, and mail
- Address inquiries of moderate complexity with accuracy and professionalism
- Participate fully in training programs during the first 90 days of employment
- Adhere to a full-time schedule with 9-hour shifts between 8:30 AM and 8:00 PM ET, Monday through Friday
Requirements
- Ability to work a full-time schedule with 9-hour shifts between 8:30 AM and 8:00 PM ET on weekdays
- Commitment to attend all training sessions during the initial 90-day training period, from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM ET
- Relevant skills and experience in customer service, particularly in billing or related fields
Compensation
Salary offers are based on relevant skills, training, experience, education, and certifications. Market and organizational factors are considered in salary determination. Successful candidates may be eligible for annual performance bonus compensation.
