As an individual contributor in the role of Senior Client Partner, you will manage client relationships at the highest standard to contribute to our client’s success throughout their digital transformation journey with Kipi.ai. You will take ownership of your accounts through gathering requirements, showcasing excellent client-interfacing skills, acting proactively with customers to address their needs, and facilitating the end-to-end sales cycle for all assigned projects.

Client Acquisition:

  • End to end responsibility of new client acquisition strategy within a defined territory
  • Build relationships and earn trust with Snowflake Account Leads within defined territory
  • Responsible for identifying, engaging, and converting new leads into long-term customers

Client Relationships:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for existing clients.
  • Manage the day-to-day sales and account responsibilities.
  • Understand client needs as it relates to their business strategy and digital landscape.
  • Onboard, manage, and upsell complex client relationships post-sale.
  • Develop a strategy for long-term success across your portfolio of clients & prospects.

Account Management:

  • Align technical resources for client engagements.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives to ensure a smooth sale to delivery transition.
  • Take part in management reviews of the performance metrics of the account relationship and business initiatives.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the internal team of Customer Success Manager and Core Delivery Organization to deliver premium service to clients.
  • Communicate with Snowflake account teams to provide consistent updates on Kipi engagements
  • Partner with Snowflake stakeholders to identify and drive Snowflake expansion opportunities.
  • Identify opportunities for the expansion of Kipi.ai services within the existing client base within the region.

Qualifications:

  • 5 years of Sales experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business management, Business Administration, Sales, or related area.
  • Demonstrated experience managing client relationships.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to harness financial data to inform decisions.
  • Should be willing to travel along Northeast region.

Compensation Disclosure

The base salary range for this position is $110 – 125K annually. This range reflects the base pay that we reasonably expect to offer for the role across our hiring locations.

Final compensation will be determined based on a combination of factors, including but not limited to:

  • Geographic location (state and city of residence)
  • Overall professional experience
  • Directly relevant experience
  • Education and certifications
  • Industry knowledge and expertise
  • Skills and competencies

In addition to base pay, this role may be eligible for performance-based bonuses, or incentive pay, or commissions, which are not included in the listed base salary range.
