Grow. with us.To save time applying, Toyota does not offer sponsorship of job applicants for employment-based visas or any other work authorization for this position at this time.Who we’re looking forToyota’s Marketing-Incentives Department is looking for a passionate and highly motivated Incentives Administrator.The primary responsibility of this role is to support and implement Toyota Division’s new vehicle incentive strategy.Reporting to the Incentive Administration Manager, the person in this role will support the Toyota Marketing department’s objective to leverage analytics and provide information to aid decision making and support Toyota Division in developing plans to achieve new vehicle sales and profit objectives.What you’ll be doingManage the iPlus intercompany payment engine for building and launching monthly incentive programsSupport with the input of monthly incentives into iPlus. This responsibility also includes attaining proper approval and sign-off of iPlus entered programs, proper record retention and adherence to SOX policiesDevelop and maintain automated workflows to support the input and validation of critical dataProficiency using Alteryx or similar data workflow tool(s)Improve and develop new incentive dashboards and capabilities, train and assist associates at HQ and in the field on how to best apply the knowledge to improve decision makingManage the security access for the Incentive Analytics dashboardsPerform ad hoc analysis as needed to assist in determining the effectiveness of incentives offeredSupport the resolution of contracts that have gone into dispute status through detailed research. This function requires close coordination and communication with Toyota Financial Services (TFS)Support the Offers Administration Tool (OAT) used by the field to submit the regionally proposed incentivesBuild credibility and partnership by providing incentive performance insight, being responsive, solution oriented, and working collaboratively with operational groupsPrepare regular reporting for incentive spendPartner with Toyota Division operational groups including IAG, DSM, TFS and Incentive Accounting to access or capture incentives data or resolve issuesDeliver value-added analysis and to support executive level decision makingPrepare incentives reporting and ad hoc executive presentationsEnsure SOX key controls are documented and performedWhat you bring B.A. or higher in Business/Automotive or related degree and/or equivalent professional work experienceProficient with Alteryx (or similar tool), Tableau, Excel, and Power PointProven analytical, interpersonal and organizational skillsProven Kaizen/automation skillsAbility to perform in a fast paced, deadline and detail driven environmentAbility to effectively communicate with all levels of the organizationAdded Bonus if you have:Experience at TMS or within the automotive industryExperience building and maintaining dashboardsWhat we’ll bringDuring your interview process, our team can fill you in on all the details of our industry-leading benefits and career development opportunities.
