Speech Language Pathologist Job in Newnan, GA

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing for a full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) position in an elementary school setting in Newnan, GA. This contract runs ASAP through May 22, 2026, with a schedule of 37.5 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine speech and language needs.

• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in compliance with Georgia and federal regulations.

• Provide direct therapy sessions in both individual and small-group settings.

• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student progress.

• Maintain documentation of services and student progress.

Qualifications:

• Valid Georgia Speech-Language Pathologist License issued by the Georgia Board of Examiners.

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.

• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred; CFs considered.

• Familiarity with IDEA regulations and IEP development.
