Requirements

Must have:

– Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school – Admission to the state bar and in good standing – Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil litigation – Proven ability to manage a diverse caseload – Excellent skills in legal research and writing – Strong negotiation and advocacy capabilities – Ability to work both independently and collaboratively – Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for effective interaction with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel – High ethical standards and professional integrity – Proficiency in legal research tools and software

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all stages of civil litigation from initiation to trial, including drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, and preparing pre-trial motions and briefs – Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and arbitrations – Provide comprehensive legal counsel to clients regarding potential litigation risks and strategies – Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case preparation and strategy formulation – Collaborate with our team of attorneys and paralegals to ensure efficient case management – Stay informed on relevant laws, regulations, and legal developments – Cultivate client relationships through regular updates and meeting their needs – Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients as necessary
