Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Software Engineer 3 to join the HHSC IT Administrative Applications Robotic Process Automation (RPA) team.
This role involves designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining RPA solutions to automate business processes.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Blue Prism, Microsoft Power Automate, and Azure, along with web development and API integration skills.
The position requires working in a fast-paced Agile (Kanban/Scrum) environment.

Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions using Blue Prism and Microsoft Power Automate.
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and identify automation opportunities.
Develop, test, and troubleshoot bots for various business processes.
Manage and maintain RPA infrastructure within Azure environments.
Validate and troubleshoot HTTP responses and web-based interactions.
Ensure compliance with system specifications, standards, and programming best practices.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
