What You’ll Build
- You’ll design, code, and scale the platform’s core systems the engine behind autonomous exploitation
- Build backend systems in Python that power real offensive security capabilities
- Scale distributed workflows that emulate hacker-level reasoning
- Own architecture, APIs, performance, and deployment end-to-end
- Build AI-driven agents and agentic workflows that find real vulnerabilities
- Ship fast in a highly collaborative, high-agency team
Skills
- Python 3

- Experience with GCP, Azure, or container orchestration is valuable
Requirements
- 6 -10 years building customer-facing products or platforms
- Strong backend experience in Python 3
- Understanding of distributed systems
- Experience scaling systems under real customer load
- Experience with agentic workflows or AI-driven automation
- High-growth startup experience (Seed→B or A→C)
