Software Engineer

The Role

• Design, build, and extend a shared platform integrating cutting-edge AI agent technology into development pipelines.
• Architect robust and scalable solutions to enable teams to leverage AI without extensive re-architecture.
• Architect and implement sophisticated agent orchestration systems.
• Seamlessly integrate AI agent capabilities into modern CI/CD platforms.
• Develop and expand a suite of shared, tool-based functions for AI agents.
• Design and implement advanced knowledge bases for AI agents.
• Implement robust AI guardrails and TokenOps controls.
• Instrument the entire AI platform with comprehensive observability.

What You’ll Need

• 3-7 years of professional experience in software development.
• Strong proficiency in Python for production-grade serverless functions and event-driven services.
• Solid experience with cloud-based services including serverless compute, API management, and messaging queues.
• Specific experience with AI agent services, action groups, knowledge bases, and guardrails.
• Hands-on experience integrating with large language model (LLM) APIs.
• Familiarity with CI/CD platforms and best practices and a strong security mindset.
