Software Engineer

The Role
- Design, develop, code, and test complex technical solutions across various technologies
- Lead code/design reviews and communicate updates to stakeholders
- Develop complex algorithms to solve business needs and investigate/resolve technical problems
- Mentor engineers on design, development, and maintenance of systems
- Influence and shape the future of domain architecture and quality standards
- Identify system performance issues and optimize solutions
What You’ll Need
- Bachelor’s Degree or 4 additional years of experience in lieu of a degree
- 6 years of software development experience with demonstrated technical understanding
- 4 years of experience delivering technology solutions across the full SDLRC, including leading code/design reviews
- Basic understanding of Java, Swift, Objective-C, Cobol, JavaScript, Kotlin, C++, HTML, CSS, SQL, Go, or Python
- Demonstrated experience researching technical issues, generating creative solutions, and troubleshooting production issues
- Strong knowledge of security coding practices and cloud technologies
