Position: Java Developer

Type: Contract

Compensation: $30 – $80/hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: 10-40 hrs/week

Role Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain backend components using Java and the Spring ecosystem.
Implement high-quality, secure, and scalable software solutions aligned with business objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, product owners, and QA engineers, to deliver seamless integrations.
Participate in code reviews, contributing to best practices and continuous improvement efforts.
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize backend processes to ensure consistent performance and reliability.
Write clean, well-documented code, adhering to industry standards and customer requirements.

Requirements

Have expert-level proficiency in Java programming and backend development.
Have strong hands-on experience with Spring and related frameworks.
Possess a solid understanding of RESTful services, microservices architecture, and API design.
Demonstrate the ability to work independently in a remote team setting.
Have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clarity and collaboration.
Have a demonstrated track record of delivering complex backend solutions for enterprise environments.
