Soft Floors Commercial Flooring Installation Field Supervisor

The Field Supervisor (FS) manages all aspects of flooring installation, from preparation to coating, ensuring quality standards are met.

Responsibilities include overseeing installation phases, documenting progress with photos, conducting pre-site inspections, and ensuring safety compliance.

They collaborate with project managers, evaluate crew performance, and address any sub-standard work with corrective actions.

The FS manages resources, materials, and on-site conditions, and ensures customer satisfaction.

Regular travel is required, and the role involves following company policies and procedures.

Additional duties may be assigned as needed.
