Up to 15% of total basic salary (after deducting the contribution of Mandatory Provident Fund by Hospital Authority) as end-of-contract gratuity may be offered to contract staff upon completion of the contract subject to satisfactory performance. |

| Key Responsibilities |
| 1. | Provide psycho-social assessment and intervention. |
| 2. | Organize empowerment and educational programs for patients and caregivers. |
| 3. | Conduct mutual support and therapeutic groups. |
| 4. | Develop and manage volunteer services and volunteer management system. |
| 5. | Coordinate community partnership programs. |
| 6. | Any job-related duties assigned by senior. |

| Entry Requirements |
| 1. | A diploma in Social Work from a local academic institution or equivalent. |
| 2.

| Registration with and a valid registration certificate issued by the Hong Kong Social Workers Registration Board. |
| 3. | Fluency in written English and Chinese as well as spoken English and Cantonese. |
|

| Preferred Attributes / Exposure |
| 1. | (a) Grade E in English Language (Syllabus B) and Chinese Language in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination, or equivalent. OR (b) Level 2 in English Language and Chinese Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education, or equivalent. |
| 2. | Interest in working with people |
| 3. | Proficient in interpersonal and communication skills. |
| 4. | Commit to patient care. |
| 5. | Empathy. |
| 6. | Commitment to patient care. |
| 7. | Leadership. |
| 8. | Preferable working experience in mental health service / patient care service / family service. |
