Social Media Marketing Specialist
The Social Media Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that align with our brand, business goals, and investor community. This role requires a balance of creativity and analytical thinking, with the ability to translate complex investment concepts into engaging digital content.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage the firm’s social media strategy across platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
- Create, curate, and publish high-quality content that educates, engages, and inspires our audience.
- Partner with internal teams (investment, marketing, communications) to highlight firm updates, industry insights, and thought leadership.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics; optimize campaigns based on insights.
- Stay on top of industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging digital platforms.
- Ensure all social media content complies with regulatory standards and brand guidelines.
- Support broader marketing campaigns, digital initiatives, and brand storytelling.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in social media marketing, preferably in financial services, real estate, or investment industries.
- Proven ability to grow and engage professional audiences on LinkedIn and other B2B channels.
- Strong writing and content creation skills, with the ability to simplify technical concepts.
- Experience with social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, HubSpot).
- Knowledge of compliance requirements in regulated industries is a plus.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
