About the Role

The Small Business Client Service Manager will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service remotely within the small business division. This position is responsible for managing client relationships, leading the renewal process, and driving business retention and growth through additional service sales. The role significantly impacts client satisfaction and risk management by mentoring team members, ensuring compliance, and maintaining accurate client information. It is critical for enhancing the client experience and supporting the organization’s business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the renewal process to deliver timely, high-quality solutions to clients
  • Retain existing business and promote additional services and coverage lines
  • Build and maintain relationships with primary clients and daily client contacts
  • Guide team members in consultative risk management conversations
  • Mentor Client Service team members through feedback and development
  • Perform periodic audits to ensure compliance and service standards
  • Maintain accurate client and policy data within the organization’s system
  • Utilize organizational technology to enhance productivity and quality
  • Manage multiple priorities effectively

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with at least 1 year of client service or claims management experience, or High School diploma/GED with 3 years of relevant experience
  • Property and Casualty Insurance License
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Compensation

Compensation will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, skills, and other relevant factors.
