Job Requirements
Applicants must meet Georgia certification requirements, including:
- Current Georgia SLP license through the Georgia Board of Examiners
- Certificate issued by the Georgia Professional Standards Commission (GaPSC) for school-based practice
- Masters degree in Speech Language Pathology
- CCC is preferred, but CF candidates are welcome
Job Duties
This position includes the following responsibilities:
- Providing direct speech therapy to students
- Conducting speech and language evaluations
- Writing and implementing IEP goals
- Participating in IEP team meetings
- Communicating with staff and families to support student needs
