• High school diploma or GED

• 1-3 years of mechanical or electrical experience

• Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills

• Ability to work safely and follow procedures

Day-to-Day

• Install and service basic mechanical commercial food equipment

• Diagnose, maintain, and repair equipment under service agreements or time-and-material work

• Perform and document preventive maintenance tasks

• Follow all company safety policies and standard operating procedures

• Provide excellent customer service to support company goals

• Maintain tools, service vehicle, inventory, and equipment

• Stay updated on equipment, parts, and industry standards
