Seeking a Service Coordinator for a direct hire opportunity with our client in Baltimore, MD.

This position offers full benefits including PTO, Medical, Dental and 401k with a company match!

Salary is between $50,000 – $70,000 per year (based on experience)

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for all service inquiries.

  • Provide timely updates, completion photos, and follow-up communication.

  • Confirm appointments and ensure every customer receives a same-day response.

  • Prepare and send accurate invoices with supporting documentation.

  • Review timesheets and job tickets for accuracy.

  • Track all service work in our systems (Dataforma, Spectrum, CRM).

  • Identify and forward new sales opportunities to estimators.

  • Work closely with the Service Manager and field teams to align schedules.

  • Prepare and review work orders daily to ensure readiness for the next day.

  • Participate in daily scheduling meetings and update job tracking tools.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in administrative, scheduling, or customer service roles preferred.
  • Experience in the construction or roofing industry is preferred.
  • Excellent organization and time-management skills.
  • Clear, professional communication—both written and verbal.
  • Ability to learn and navigate software platforms (Salesforce, Service Titan, Microsoft Office, etc.).
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.
