Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Legal SEO Specialist, who reports to the IT Department, to lead and execute SEO strategies that will strengthen our digital presence and support our continuous expansion in the legal market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Technical SEO: Optimize site speech and usability for search engines, including improving Core Web Vitals (FCP, LCP, INP, FID, CLS).
  • On-SERP SEO: Implement and manage structured data for enriched snippet visibility on search results.
  • On-Page SEO: Research and implement strategies to improve keyword rankings, meta tags, headers, and content structure.
  • Off-Page SEO: Develop and manage backlink strategies, monitor link quality, and disavow harmful links.
  • SEO Analytics & Reporting: Utilize Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, and other relevant tools to track performance and provide insights.
  • Performance Evaluation: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of SEO strategies and related ad campaigns.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 2 years of hands-on SEO experiencein a digital marketing agency or in-house marketing team
  • Strong knowledge of SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and content creators.
