About The Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Global SEO Content Specialist to join our Web and SEO team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the performance of our digital content across multiple regions and solution areas. Your primary focus will be on executing SEO and content strategies, optimizing website content, and ensuring high search engine visibility. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product owners and country leaders, to identify content gaps and develop data-driven recommendations that enhance our online presence. Additionally, you will maintain brand consistency and ensure all content complies with legal and regulatory standards, while upholding high editorial quality through human review processes supported by AI tools.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and content development, preferably within a corporate or enterprise environment.
• Strong proficiency with SEO and analytics tools such as BrightEdge, Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and Semrush.
• Proven ability to conduct keyword research and performance analysis, translating insights into actionable content strategies.
• Excellent written and editing skills in professional-standard English.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to inform content decisions.
• Effective collaboration skills to work with diverse teams and stakeholders across regions.

• Maintain high editorial standards through human review of AI-supported drafts to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Monitor and analyze website performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to meet business objectives.
• Stay updated on SEO trends, algorithm changes, and industry best practices to continuously improve content strategies.
