Role Description
This is a contract, remote role for a Vice President of Operations. The Vice President will oversee organizational operations, manage budgets and P&L, streamline strategic planning, and ensure exemplary customer service delivery. Responsibilities include managing cross-functional projects, optimizing operational workflows, and aligning strategies with Born Global’s mission. Collaboration with various teams and stakeholders to foster innovation and efficiency is a key aspect of this role.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Operations Management and proficiency in P&L Management
- Strong skills in Strategic Planning and aligning goals with organizational objectives
- Proven experience with Project Management methodologies and tools
- Commitment to maintaining and enhancing Customer Service quality
- Excellent leadership, decision-making, and communication skills
- Understanding of nonprofit organizations and nature-based solutions is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (advanced degree preferred)
