Taft Brown Associates is currently partnering with a growing Behavioral Health organization in a search for a Senior Vice President of Human Resources.

This executive leader will serve as a strategic business partner to the CEO and executive leadership team while overseeing all core HR functions across a multi-state platform.

The ideal candidate will bring:

• Strong strategic HR leadership experience
• Executive presence and the ability to influence at all levels of the organization
• Experience leading complex HR operations in healthcare or behavioral health environments
• Expertise across talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation, compliance, organizational development, culture, and performance management
• A hands-on leadership style with the ability to both develop strategy and execute operationally
• Experience helping organizations scale, build teams, and strengthen culture during periods of growth and transformation

Behavioral Health experience is strongly preferred.
