Were CCMC a community management company specializing in master planned communities Our vision of inspiring a resident centric focus is brought to life by our core values Integrity Respect Service and Community The Senior Vice President SVPCM provides operations and execution expertise to ensure that CCMCs community management services align with and contribute to CCMCs vision The SVPCM is responsible for client satisfaction and retention the advancement of CCMCs community management services and pre development consulting services within their market The SVPCM also collaborates with the Regional President RP to identify and secure business development opportunities within their market OUR CULTURE Our culture is brought to life by our core values Integrity Do the right thing Be personally accountable Share mistakes openly Respect Embrace humility Communicate with candor Foster dignity Service Lead by serving Be intentional Find a better way Community Put people first Engage fearlessly Cultivate your development Fuel collaboration Strategic Leadership & Management In conjunction with the RP guides the development and implementation of a company wide strategy for community management services aligned with the organizations vision strategy values and objectivesParticipates in the regions strategic planning process and supports the implementation of key initiativesTracks key performance indicators to ensure achievement and alignment of the vision strategy values and objectives for community management servicesBuilds strong relationships with stakeholders regional leadership team members functional leaders field based team members and clientsProactively evaluates and recommends new initiatives that can positively impact company and client successServes as a role model to all employees and provides leadership to team members to demonstrate appropriate initiative risk innovative thinking accountability and autonomy in their rolesGuides clients strategic planning processes and supports the implementation of key initiativesServes in a market leadership capacity within the Community Association Institute CAI and Urban Land Institute ULI and represents CCMC at industry events to support community association involvement and business developmentOperational Management Oversees a client market portfolio and a team of Vice Presidents of Community Management and Community Managers to ensure client satisfaction and retentionResponsible for pre development consulting services to ensure a successful transition to community management servicesIn conjunction with the RP identifies and secures business development opportunities and builds client relationshipsCollaborates with the RP to ensure all community management contracts are effectively priced and that service expectations are achievableGuides implementation of client education opportunities within the marketResponsible for action plans relative to retention efforts of at risk clients including stepping in as acting Vice President of Community Management or as Community ManagerParticipates in community meetings and events as needed to ensure high visibility with the clientNurtures client relationships to ensure client satisfaction retention and open lines of communicationTracks key metrics and service level targets to ensure community management contract deliverables are fulfilled and client needs are metCommunicates and disseminates information within their market to ensure priorities are aligned and satisfactory progress towards CCMCs vision is being madeLeads appropriate meetings and provides research and reports as requiredPeople Process and Budget Management In conjunction with the RP evaluates and structures portfolio alignments to ensure client satisfaction and retentionBuilds a flexible responsive well respected team with a high sense of urgency and passionate focus on client needsLeads staff recruiting hiring performance management and trainingdevelopment within their portfolio to establish and maintain team excellence while serving as coachmentor to ensure employee satisfaction and retention Partners with the Human Resources function to this endExhibits a proactive approach to management anticipating future client needs and expenditures Prevents and resolves conflicts in a winwin timely and professional manner for all stakeholdersImplements appropriate policies and procedures for all community management related operational areasUnderstands the laws and processes involved in community management and effectively transfers that knowledge to others; evaluates and advises on the impact of federal and state regulatory and legislative actionsOversees the cost effective delivery of community management services and pre development consulting services in their marketSupports the client budget and financial review processes to ensure timeliness accuracy and financial stabilityPHYSICAL DEMANDSWORK ENVIRONMENT Multitasking environmentRequires travel including drivingOffice environment where employee may be required to sit or stand for long periodsRequires time commitment outside of regular working hoursQUALIFICATIONS A minimum of five years experience in community association management of master planned communities CCMC tenure of at least five years preferredA minimum of three years experience in a leadershipexecutive roleA minimum of ten years experience as a manager or supervisorBachelors degree or equivalent industry experience Masters degree preferredAppropriate state license and industry designationsCAI PCAM designationLeadership Credibility A highly involved and engaged leader who communicates directly and appropriately throughout the organization and with all external audiences using fact based decision making as a tool to build consensus Is highly participative and engaged with stakeholdersInfluence Strong influencing skills and competency in working with and representing stakeholders Is proactive in developing relationships with all stakeholdersGrowth and Results Orientation Sets high personal standards of excellence continuously looking for ways to improve performance and profitability Drives the growth of community management servicesPeople Development Strong team building and consensus building skills and a demonstrated ability to reinforce a shared vision and goals This will include establishing team buy in and team accountability regarding the vision and revenue goals and how to get thereAdvanced organizational leadership and motivational skills;
