Job Title: Product Manager — BFSI

Location: Bengaluru

Experience: 3–6 years

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic Product Manager with experience in the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) domain. The ideal candidate will own the product lifecycle, drive innovation, and deliver customer-centric solutions that align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for BFSI products.

  • Gather and prioritize requirements from stakeholders, customers, and market research.

  • Collaborate with engineering, design, compliance, and operations teams to deliver high-quality products.

  • Ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, TRID, HMDA).

  • Manage integrations with third-party vendors (e.g., Loan origination systems, payment gateways, KYC/AML solutions).

  • Monitor product performance, analyze data, and identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Drive agile product development cycles and manage JIRA boards for backlog and sprint planning.

  • Prepare PRDs, wireframes, and user flows for new features and enhancements.

  • Stay updated on BFSI trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or related field (MBA preferred).

  • 3–6 years of product management experience in BFSI or fintech domain.

  • Strong understanding of banking processes, lending, payments, and compliance frameworks.

  • Hands-on experience with API integrations and vendor management.

  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA, Confluence.

  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with digital lending platforms, LOS, or core banking systems.

  • Knowledge of data privacy and security regulations.

  • Familiarity with UX/UI principles and design thinking.
