Technical Product Manager of Data Services to help us fulfill that mission The Senior Technical Product Manager of Data Services guides the strategic direction and execution of data management around the B2G registration and reporting platforms at ACT This role blends platform level leadership with data strategy and product management reporting to the VP of K12 Education The Senior Technical Product Manager will collaborate with external B2G customers and across technical and business domains including close partnerships with the MRD and Operations teams to deliver an end to end data and reporting solutions for B2G customers The role also oversees the development and management of registration data and reporting tools used by ACTs customers with an emphasis on interoperable and automated solutions partnering closely with other product managers on the team This role will also be responsible for contributing to and reviewing RFPs as needed for areas of expertise The finalist will be hired at the salary and level commensurate with their qualifications For this position we anticipate offering an annual salary in the range of 95000 to 135000 ACT manages salaries within the range based on relevant factors including skills experience and internal equity Location This is a remote position based in the United States Visa Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without the need for visa sponsorship What you will be working on Understand market needs and technology trends to produce a roadmap for data and technical reporting services for our institutional customers and stakeholdersManage and enhance automated registration data and reporting tools for ACTs customers by writing requirements and partnering with technology teams for executionManage and enhance enrollment and rostering solutions including the B2B registration tool ACT Now to best enable coherent registration through reporting experienceDefine strategic direction for reporting data platforms and both internal and external integrationsManage and maintain the registration of institutions their associated hierarchies and customer access and permissions for accessing reporting dataMaintain ongoing knowledge and training in Interoperability standards for education technology to build and maintain a strategic roadmap for data servicesServe as the product contact for platform consolidation and modernization initiatives that involve B2B registration and reportingPartner with technology for implementation of government compliance in our platform ecosystems for NIST GovRAMP and FedRAMP certificationsProvide consultant services for platform data analytics tools for product managers to incorporate into their platformsBuild custom data delivery to third party agencies into a scalable product and support relationships with customers to ensure deliveryEstablish customer satisfaction metrics and feedback loopsCollaborate with architects on epics and feature storiesProvide oversight for RFPs audits and complianceAnalyze performance metrics for optimization and efficiencySupport training documentation and demos for new featuresRole progression 30 Days Understand ACTs servicesThis could be the job for you if you have minimum requirements At least 5 years progressively responsible technology or product development or management experience including requirements writing and roadmap ownershipStrong technical management API interoperability and integration expertiseExcellent communication and cross team collaborationExpert level understanding of technical platforms pipelines and APIsDeep knowledge of API strategy platform integration patterns and microservices architecturesStrong understanding of system security compliance and governance requirementsExcellent communication skills with the ability to translate between technical and business stakeholdersExperience using AI tools to support day to day work eg drafting research data
