Senior Specialist, Technical Program Manager
We are seeking a skilled Senior Specialist, Technical Program Manager to lead program delivery for our Market Lens product line and ongoing eVestment product integrations. This role requires strong technical program management capabilities combined with institutional investing knowledge and a deep understanding of data integration challenges in a product-led SaaS fintech environment. The successful candidate will drive cross-functional alignment, manage complex technical deliverables, and ensure seamless execution across our product portfolio.
As Senior Specialist Technical Program Manager, you will own the program management function for the Market Lens product line and eVestment product integrations, ensuring successful delivery of product initiatives that drive business value. You will demonstrate thought leadership in driving improvements to procedures and practices while managing complex initiatives with significant impact on internal and external client deliverables.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Program Ownership: Lead end-to-end program management for Market Lens product line development and other eVestment product integration initiatives
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate across product, engineering, data science, and business teams to ensure alignment on deliverables, timelines, and priorities
- Stakeholder Communication: Network with key contacts outside your immediate area and occasionally influence senior leadership on program status, risks, and strategic decisions
- Problem Resolution: Resolve complex problems by identifying and selecting solutions, guided by precedents and using good judgment
- Process Improvement: Drive improvements to Nasdaq eVestment procedures and practices that enhance team efficiency and delivery quality
- Data Integration Expertise: Apply understanding of both contributory and non-contributory data sourcing to optimize integration strategies for eVestment and Market Lens products
- Risk Management: Proactively identify and manage risks related to costs, quality, and judgment that may impact business activities
- Product-Led Collaboration: Work closely with product managers to translate product vision into executable roadmaps and ensure delivery aligns with product strategy
You will exercise good judgment in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria to obtain results while working with general instructions on routine work and detailed guidance on new, complex initiatives. Most of your work will have significant impact on internal and external client deliverables.

The base pay range for this role is $98,000 – $181,000. In addition to base salary, Nasdaq provides a generous annual boncommission (short-term incentive), and equity (long-term incentive), comprehensive benefits, and opportunity for growth. Exact compensation may vary based on several job-related factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to: skill set, experience, education/training, business needs and market demands.
