Senior Software Engineer (.NET/C#)

Requirements

Must have:

– Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field – Prior experience in project engineering, site engineering, RFIs, and punch lists is preferred – Strong comprehension of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations – Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite – Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities – Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – Capable of working under pressure and adhering to tight deadlines – Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail – Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team – Willingness to be onsite regularly and adapt to changing field conditions – Valid drivers license and dependable transportation

Responsibilities:

• Develop project budgets and scopes of work – Manage subcontractor outreach and coordination – Oversee project schedules and monitor progress – Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with project specifications – Generate and manage RFIs and punch lists – Collaborate with various stakeholders to achieve project objectives – Maintain documentation and report on project status – Assist in problem-solving and risk assessment during projects – Ensure that safety regulations and quality standards are met – Participate in team meetings and contribute to project planning
