Senior SDET
Responsibilities Kforce has a client in San Antonio, TX seeking a Senior SDET. Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement robust, scalable, and maintainable automated test frameworks for web, mobile, and API-based applications
- Develop and execute automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Appium, Postman, or similar
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or GitLab
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test strategies, acceptance criteria, and quality metrics
- Perform code reviews and mentor junior SDETs and QA engineers
- Identify, document, and track software defects and performance issues
- Continuously evaluate and improve testing processes, tools, and technologies
- Advocate for quality and testability throughout the development lifecycle
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 5 years of experience in software testing and test automation
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript
- Experience with test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, PyTest, Cypress)
- Solid understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, DevOps)
- Experience with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner) is a plus
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
