Senior Sales Engineer – OT/IoT Cybersecurity Location: ColoradoThe Mission: Bridge the gap between complex industrial security requirements and executive-level business outcomes. You aren’t just selling software; you are architecting resilience for the European grid.The Tech: Deep familiarity with OT Environments . You should be comfortable discussing Layer 2/3 segmentation and how to secure legacy OT devices without disrupting uptime.Comp: $175k Base + plus Variable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Technical Sales Support: Work with Regional Sales Directors to drive sales cycles, delivering presentations and technical demonstrations
  • Customer Engagement: Serve as the technical focal point for clients, identifying requirements and designing tailored solutions
  • Proof of Concepts (POC): Lead the implementation and evaluation of POCs to prove product value
  • Partner Training: Train and enable partners to effectively position and sell client solutions.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Proven experience as a Security Consultant, System Engineer, or in a similar customer-facing technical role
  • Technical Skills: Deep understanding of complex network protocols and Cybersecurity (specifically IT/OT convergence and ICS security)
  • Certifications: Certifications such as CISSP, GICSP, CISA, or CCNA are highly valued
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or equivalent experience
