responsible for a portfolio of complex high impact control systems projects This role owns delivery performance across safety quality schedule cost and customer experience while providing strategic leadership to Project Managers and cross functional teams This position plays a critical role in driving predictable delivery outcomes supporting business growth and strengthening execution across large scale and mission critical projects The Senior Project Executive serves as a key escalation point strategic partner to leadership and driver of operational excellence across the project management function WhatYoullDo Core Responsibilities Own delivery performance across a portfolio of complex projects including risk schedule cost margin and customer satisfactionLead mentor and develop Project Managers to drive consistent high quality executionServe as the primary escalation point for critical project risks issues and customer concernsReview and approve project forecasts cost to complete reports and financial projectionsEnsure projects are delivered at or above target gross profit marginsProvide strategic oversight on project execution contracts and commercial performanceSupport resource planning and staffing forecasts in partnership with engineering and business developmentAlign project execution withThermoSystems standards QMS requirements and strategic objectivesSupport business development efforts through staffing alignment and customer relationship supportMaintain executive level relationships with customers general contractors and key partnersChampion a strong safety and quality culture across all project teamsCollaboration & Communication Partner with engineering operations and business development to align delivery strategy and executionCommunicate clearly and proactively with internal leadership customers and stakeholdersIdentifyand escalate risks constraints and scope changes earlyDrive alignment across teams to resolve issues andmaintaindelivery momentumQuality Safety & Process Ensure adherence to company policies QMS standards and project governance processesDrive consistency and discipline in project delivery acrossThermoSystemsWhatWereLooking For Education & Experience Bachelors degree in Engineeringor related discipline or equivalent experience15 years of experience in project or program delivery within industrial or technical environmentsProven experience leading complex project portfolios and high performing teamsProject Management Professional PMP or equivalent certification preferredSkills & Qualifications Strong executive leadership and team development capabilitiesDeep understanding of project financials forecasting and margin managementExperience managing risk contracts andchangecontrol processesStrong knowledge of control systems and industrial project environmentsAbility to influence and drive alignment across cross functional teams and stakeholdersStrong communication decision making and problem solving skillsHigh levelof organization accountability and execution disciplineProven ability to improve operational performance and delivery
