Senior Product Manager

The Role

• Define the future of lot operations by identifying high-value problems and assessing emerging technologies.
• Build products that reduce cost, eliminate waste, and improve employee experience in operational settings.
• Lead discovery efforts to understand root causes, validate assumptions, and assess ROI of potential solutions.
• Define and maintain a product roadmap, communicating it clearly to stakeholders and leadership.
• Partner with operations, UX, data, and engineering teams to ensure solutions are grounded in reality and technically sound.
• Establish and track success metrics connecting product delivery to operational and financial outcomes.

What You’ll Need

• Bachelor’s degree and 4 years’ experience in a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated ability to drive complex products from discovery through delivery in an agile environment.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate data, prioritize problems, and recommend strategies.
• Experience partnering with engineering, UX, and data teams.
• Skilled at building relationships across functions and levels.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
