Requirements

Must have:

– A degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) is typically required, along with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience. – Proficiency in at least two of the following areas: Embedded C++ Software, Embedded Software Security, Software Architecture Design and Implementation. – Familiarity with embedded Real-Time Operating Systems (RTOS) such as Green Hills, Integrity, Wind River VxWorks, Linux, etc. – Experience in developing intricate systems that merge hardware, firmware, and software. – Must obtain an Interim Secret Level U.S. government issued security clearance before starting, along with the ability to gain program access post-start. U.S. citizenship is essential, as only U.S. citizens can receive a security clearance.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, implement, test, and debug integrated embedded real-time software across heterogeneous systems comprising firmware and hardware. – Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to articulate, refine, and enhance product concepts, implementation strategies, test feasibility, and ensure measurable quality. – Provide training, coaching, and mentorship to junior team members. – Contribute to proposal development and participate in design reviews at both preliminary and critical stages. – Ensure the ability to gain program access as necessary.
