Senior Partner Recruiting Coordinator

📍 Location: Silicon Valley or San Francisco, CA (Hybrid)
About the Role

Our direct client, Fenwick & West LLP, a leading technology and life sciences law firm, is seeking a highly organized and experienced Senior Partner Recruiting Coordinator to support strategic attorney and partner-level hiring initiatives.

This role will work closely with recruiting leadership, attorneys, HR teams, and firm stakeholders to coordinate and manage full-cycle recruiting activities for senior legal talent. The ideal candidate will have prior experience within a law firm environment and a strong understanding of legal recruiting operations and attorney hiring practices.

Key Respon sibilities

  • Coordinate and manage partner and attorney recruitment processes from sourcing through onboarding
  • Schedule and facilitate interviews, candidate meetings, and recruiting events
  • Collaborate with hiring partners, recruiting teams, and HR stakeholders throughout the hiring lifecycle
  • Maintain candidate pipelines, recruiting databases, and applicant tracking systems
  • Assist with drafting offer letters, interview materials, and recruiting documentation
  • Ensure a high-touch and professional candidate experience
  • Support market research, recruiting reports, and hiring analytics
  • Coordinate confidential communications related to partner-level hiring initiatives
  • Assist in improving recruiting workflows and operational efficiency

Requirements

  • 3 years of experience in legal recruiting or HR within a law firm environment
  • Strong understanding of attorney roles, law firm structures, and legal hiring practices
  • Experience supporting partner-level recruiting preferred
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and coordination skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced professional environment
  • Proficiency with recruiting systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and HR/recruiting tools
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with AM Law firms or corporate legal environments
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
