In this dynamic role you will:
? Lead and mentor OCMs in applying structured change methodologies, such as Prosci ADKAR®, across all phases of delivery, including stakeholder assessments, defining success criteria, and creating comprehensive pre-launch strategies.
? Oversee end-to-end change planning and execution, ensuring high-quality engagement, communication, training, resistance management and post-launch reinforcement.
? Collaborate with Adoption Managers and senior stakeholders to shape market-informed rollout strategies, track progress using data metrics, and foster a collaborative work culture to achieve adoption targets and benefits.

Whilst the successful postholder can be based anywhere within the USA, they will remain with their home team and be matrixed onto the design automation program.

✅ A recognised change management qualification (e.g., Prosci ADKAR®, APMG Change Management)
✅ Strong understanding of change management principles and practical experience applying them in real organisational environments.
✅ Proven experience leading, mentoring, and supporting change practitioners, with the ability to drive adoption targets and foster a collaborative, outcomes focused team culture.
✅ Experience analysing change metrics and insights within complex or large scale transformation programmes.
✅ A strategic mindset with the ability to see the bigger picture while remaining hands on in delivering high quality change outcomes.
✅ Demonstrated success in stakeholder management, especially where diverse groups are affected in different ways.
✅ Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
✅ Proven ability to build trusted, productive relationships across functions and regions.
✅ Proficient in MS Office Suite
✅ Strong organisational awareness and confidence navigating dynamic project and programme environments.
✅ A flexible, collaborative approach to working with global teams and stakeholders.
