Requirements

Must have:

– Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field – Proven experience in network infrastructure design and implementation – Strong understanding of network protocols and security standards, including HIPAA – Experience with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools – Excellent documentation and communication skills – Ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage cross-functional projects – Availability for on-call support during business hours and after hours as needed

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning and execution of network projects to meet client goals – Deliver technical support to various departments and external clients to resolve issues and ensure service quality – Provide strategic technical planning for users and internal departments – Conduct on-site visits and support across hospital locations and remote clinics as required – Design, configure, and implement network solutions with a focus on minimal disruption to services – Ensure compliance with institutional policies and operational requirements in all network specifications – Maintain network software systems at optimal performance levels according to vendor guidelines – Create and update comprehensive documentation for network hardware and software configurations
