Requirements

Must have:

– We require expert-level, verifiable Flutter experience with production apps published on both the App Store and Google Play. – We require expert-level, verifiable Laravel experience with production backend and API development. – We require expert-level, verifiable MySQL experience, including database design, querying, and performance tuning. – We require hands-on experience integrating AI and LLM services, with OpenAI preferred. – We require that you currently reside in the United States and can provide a verifiable U.S. home address. – We require at least 5 years of professional software development experience; this is not a junior-level opportunity. – We require a proven remote or work-from-home background that can be verified. – We require professional references that we can contact. – We require you to pass a thorough live technical interview, as well as phone and in-person interviews. – Preferred experience includes Ubuntu/Linux server administration, AWS, healthcare or EMS software, and prior ownership as a solo or lead developer on a product.

Responsibilities:

  • We will have you build and support our Flutter mobile app for iOS and Android. – We will have you develop and maintain our Laravel backend and MySQL database. – We will have you integrate AI and LLM capabilities into the product, including services such as OpenAI. – We will expect you to own features from concept through design, development, testing, release, and ongoing support. – We will rely on you to work independently while maintaining clear, respectful communication with our non-developer founder. – We will begin the relationship with an immediate contract engagement and, after you prove your abilities on the job, transition you into a permanent full-time role.
