Senior MLOps Engineer

Requirements

Must have:

– Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field – Proficiency in modern MLOps pipeline procedures such as labeling, model export, deployment, and monitoring – Familiarity with DevOps tools including Docker, Git (GitLab, GitHub), Continuous Integration, and Continuous Deployment – Expertise in Python and various libraries (e.g., NumPy, SciPy, Pandas) – Ability to obtain a Secret government security clearance – Strong working knowledge of radar systems engineering, signal processing, and AI/ML – Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage time effectively – Capability to work effectively in team settings and collaborate with diverse teams – Understanding of machine learning operations and experience with ongoing product maintenance – US Citizenship required due to the nature of the work

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing monitoring and upkeep of deployed AI functionalities while developing additional capabilities for ML monitoring and updates – Evaluating customer data and analyzing ML model performance to pinpoint improvement areas – Enhancing and refining ML models in response to changing operational needs – Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to swiftly evolve and enhance solutions – Ensuring ongoing maintenance of products in the field utilizing machine learning operations methodologies
