Job Description: Overview Job Purpose The Senior Manager, Marketing for Fixed Income and Data Services (FIDS) at ICE is responsible for forming and delivering multi-channel integrated marketing programs for ICE’s Fixed Income and Data Services business segment.The role supports multiple product lines – notably ICE’s Index Solutions (serving major ETF issuers, Asset Management firms, and Asset Owners and Consultants), as well as other FIDS business lines, to reach, engage, capture, nurture and convert target customers and market segments.Reporting to the Director of Marketing for FIDS, the successful candidate will be responsible for building coherent and impactful messaging that differentiates the proposition, highlights unique capabilities and product and service strengths through a range of paid, owned and earned channels and formats including social media, video, email, advertising. In addition, work with Business Development and Sales to produce effective materials such as pitch decks, brochures and factsheets. Throughout remaining focused on business goals and associated marketing measures, providing regular reporting of activity and results.The candidate will ideally have extensive, varied experience in Marketing – specifically financial data and analytics solutions to Asset Management firms, Hedge Funds and Investment Banks. They will have and continue to develop a deep understanding of fixed income and capital markets, and how ICE and FIDS proposition delivers long-term customer value.The candidate requires a positive, proactive and self-motivating personality with the ability to proactively collaborate across a marketing and communications matrix team, and across multiple stakeholders in Product, Business Development, Sales, Operations, Legal and more. The candidate must be able to operate in a fast-paced environment, contribute independently and operate as part of a team, and be able to self-manage priorities and work, and openly and actively communicate.Responsibilities

  • Form and deliver multi-channel integrated marketing programs for ICE’s Fixed Income and Data Services business. In particular, the Index Solutions business.
  • Build coherent and impactful messaging that differentiates the proposition, highlights unique capabilities and product and service strengths.
  • Plan, brief and activate a coherent program of paid, owned and earned marketing activities to reach, engage, nurture, convert and or retain targeted customers and market segments.
  • Work with the business to define and produce effective Sales materials such as pitch decks, brochures and factsheets, emails, product notifications and social media posts.
  • Field requests and originate marketing output in line with goals and priorities.
  • Ensure and support process tools, workflows, processes and protocols are followed and maintained including recording of tasks, legal compliance, with frequent updates and open communication.
  • Coordinate and manage multiple tasks, prioritizing based on importance and delivery deadlines.
  • Align with stakeholders to understand key business goals and priorities, and define relevant associated marketing outcomes
  • Track and report marketing activity performance metrics and KPIs, using effective data, visualization and analysis.
  • Continuously learn and develop – Market and customer knowledge, ICE product knowledge and Marketing skills.

Knowledge and Experience

  • An experienced product or campaign marketer for a financial data, analytics or similar type of organization, selling enterprise subscription-based solutions to institutional financial firms.
  • Credible, conscientious and collaborative – to consult with senior stakeholders and define coherent strategy and plans; Work independently to deliver a diverse range of deliverable formats; Collaborate and coordinate with matrix teams to produce and activate campaigns.
  • Performance-driven, able to understand data, define key metrics and appropriate ROI.
  • Sound judgment in fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous circumstances.
  • Proactive, enthusiastic and entrepreneurial mind-set, constantly learning.
  • College degree in Marketing or related subject, or equivalent professional qualifications.

New York Base Salary RangeThe expected base salary for this role, if located in New York, is between $145,000 – 200,000 USD. The base salary range does not include Intercontinental Exchange’s incentive compensation. While we provide this range as general guidance, at ICE we compensate employees based on the skillset and experience of the individual.
