Senior Machine Learning Engineer – Moorestown

Requirements

Must have:

– Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field – Proficient in the training and analysis phases of a modern MLOps pipeline including labeling, explainability, model export, conformance testing, deployment, and monitoring – Familiarity with DevOps tools such as Docker, Git (GitLab, GitHub), CI/CD – Skilled in Python along with libraries like NumPy, SciPy, and Pandas – Capability to obtain a Secret government security clearance – Ability to maintain on-site presence at Lockheed Martin Moorestown for 50% to full-time, with potential off-hours commitment

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the monitoring and upkeep of deployed AI functionalities and innovating new features to improve ML monitoring and update processes – Evaluating client data and measuring ML model efficacy to pinpoint enhancement areas – Creating and refining ML models to meet changing operational demands – Engaging with interdisciplinary teams to quickly develop and sophisticate solutions – Ensuring ongoing maintenance for released products in line with machine learning operations practices
