Stellantis Financial Services SFS is the new captive finance company for one of the worlds leading automakers and a mobility provider with iconic brands including Abarth Alfa Romeo Chrysler Citron Dodge DS Automobiles Fiat Jeep Lancia Maserati Opel Peugeot Ram Vauxhall Free2move and Leasys Our exciting growth provides opportunities to advance your career as we successfully lead products and services from a small to midsize company in just a few years Join our world class team and culture and contribute to our core mission which is enhancing our customers experience Position Summary As a Senior Auto Loan Processor Funding Specialist you will be responsible for thoroughly verifying and processing retail and small business auto loan contract packages to ensure each file is accurate complete and complies with current regulations and policies before funding Additionally you will support loan processing managers with pipeline management handling complex loan files responding to escalated calls and quality file reviews as needed Essential Duties and Responsibilities Review Retail Installment Contract and support contract documents to ensure conformity with Stellantis Financial Services SFS policies and ensure they are submitted accuratelyEnsure contracts submitted for funding are complete accurate and reflect proper approval authorities specifically Truth In Lending and fee disclosures and ensure the accurate calculation and correct disclosure of federal mandated feesClosely inspects loan package documentation for suspicious or fraudulent documentationEntrusted with advanced system access to perform overrides and approvals beyond standard user scope due to extensive experience and proven decision making capabilitiesSupport OCRAI technology to assist with document verification and automated fundingPerforms financial calculations such as income payoffs rebates and cancellation quotes verification of employment vehicle registration drivers license residence phone and insurance coverageConducts various customer interviews to validate information contained in the loan documentsFollow up with Dealership Dealer Relationship Manager Sales Team and other internal partners to resolve all non compliant funding issues and contract andor documentation deficiencies via Dealer Chat email and Outbound CallsInform Credit Fraud Prevention or Loan Processing Management teams of discrepancies in the contract package or verification of information and notate the fileRequired to operate within multi system environments leveraging dualmulti monitor configurations for enhanced efficiencyMaintain confidentiality when accessing personal information of consumers including but not limited to Social Security numbers and dates of birthPerform other ad hoc tasks and duties as assignedQualifications and Competencies Required To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge skill andor ability required Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions Required Experience Minimum 2 years experience in auto finance as a Loan Processor or a similar positionEducation High school diploma or GED requiredSkills Required Ability to obtain knowledge of loan processing procedures regulations and guidelinesStrong attention to detail and sound judgment skillsStrong analytical reasoning abilitiesExcellent verbal reasoning and written communication skillsStrong interpersonal skills and business acumenExcellent planning leading and problem solving skillsProficient in using Microsoft Office SuiteAbility to multitask and prioritize multiple files effectively and efficientlyAbility to work efficiently in a fast paced environmentAdditional Requirements Overtime required required on an as needed basisTravel 0 10 as required on an as needed basisMust have reliable transportation and live within a commutable distance to one of the following cities Dallas TX;
