Senior Faculty AdministratorWe are seeking a Senior Faculty Administrator to provide high-level administrative and faculty support in a dynamic academic environment. This role, offering pay up to $35/hour, ensures smooth operations across teaching, research, and events while serving as a trusted resource for faculty, staff, and students.Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide faculty support with course preparation, presentation design, and academic projects
  • Manage complex calendars, high-level meetings, and domestic/international travel
  • Record and distribute meeting minutes, ensuring timely follow-up actions
  • Process reimbursements, purchases, and budget reconciliations
  • Coordinate events and programs, maintaining accurate faculty and public-facing content
  • Oversee shared office spaces, conference room scheduling, and daily operations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years of administrative experience in a professional office environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Nice-to-Have Experience:

  • Experience in higher education settings
  • Familiarity with SAP or Concur systems
