Senior Capital Markets & PIPE Financing Advisor (SPAC Strategy)
We are seeking a senior capital relationships advisor to support the closing of PIPE and Anchor investment commitments for an active SPAC transaction. This is a high-impact, relationship-driven role focused on introducing and securing institutional capital.
What You Will Do
- Leverage your existing network of institutional investors to source and qualify PIPE and Anchor commitments.
- Drive direct outreach and relationship management with hedge funds, long-onlys, sovereigns, pensions, endowments, family offices, strategic corporates, and credit funds.
- Present and position the transaction clearly to investment committees and decision makers.
- Lead and support negotiation, structuring, and execution in coordination with the sponsor team and counsel.
- Maintain disciplined investor pipeline management and deal momentum.
- Provide real-time market intelligence on pricing, appetite, and comparable transactions.
We’re Looking For:
- Deep investor relationships relevant to SPAC / growth equity / structured capital.
- Demonstrated track record in closing institutional capital commitments.
- Strong understanding of equity capital markets and deal sequencing.
- Operates with high-agency: moves conversations to decisions and decisions to close.
Compensation:
Performance-based advisory structure, aligned to capital deployed.
Can include success fees, participation rights, and/or long-term incentive alignment.
