Overview We are looking for an intelligent, assertive, and determined person who wants a dynamic career in commercial real estate sales to join our growing team in (location).Responsibilities

  • Develop New Client Relationships

  • Email campaigns

  • Social Media (LinkedIn, blogging, tweeting, etc.)

  • Cold Calling

  • Community involvement

  • Attend Real Estate industry conferences

  • Managing database of contacts and real estate data

  • Client’s Management

  • Survey markets for availabilities

  • Using online databases

  • Calling local listing brokers

  • Prepare and review proposals

  • Participate in lease/sale negotiations

  • Create marketing materials

  • Manage marketing process

  • Track responses and follow-up with interested parties

  • Develop Landlord Relationships

Qualifications

  • Undergraduate Degree (business major/concentration preferred)
  • Proven track record of leadership, drive, and success
  • Real Estate license
