Senior AI Systems Engineer

Requirements

Must have:

– Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field – Proficient in training and analyzing steps within a modern MLOps pipeline, including labeling, explainability, model export, conformance testing, deployment, and monitoring – Experience with DevOps tools such as Docker, Git (GitLab, GitHub), Continuous Integration (CI), and Continuous Deployment (CD) – Strong programming skills in Python along with libraries like NumPy, SciPy, and Pandas – Capability to obtain a Secret government security clearance – Excellent self-motivation, strong work ethic, effective time management, and interpersonal abilities – Secure US Citizenship due to the nature of the position – Willingness to work on-site at LM Moorestown for 50% to full-time hours, including occasional off-hours work as needed

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the monitoring and upkeep of deployed AI systems while developing new capabilities to enhance machine learning tracking and update processes – Evaluating customer data and assessing the performance of machine learning models to pinpoint opportunities for enhancement – Creating and refining machine learning models to meet changing operational demands – Partnering with cross-functional teams to quickly iterate and advance solutions – Ensuring continuous maintenance of deployed products by adhering to machine learning operations standards
